FETEN 2024
Award for Best Small-Scale Performance for "MADRIGUERA"
FETEN is the European Performing Arts Fair for Children, a festival held in Gijón, Asturias. It is a meeting point for professionals in the performing arts for children.
Objectives:
-Promote cooperation among the different sectors of creation and distribution of performing arts for children
-Share experiences, knowledge, and interests
-Raise the quality of performing arts for minors
-Serve as a live laboratory for the preferences and trends of current and future audiences in the Spanish scene.
Just as we did with Tripula – but in a much smaller format – we explore what happens when there is no boundary between the space of action and the space of perception. We have created a stage space that is both content and container, performance space and spectator space, stage and audience, burrow and… shadow projection screen.
A burrow, a house, a theater, a place as fragile as paper, but one that we want to protect us from the noise of the outside world.
