Sinopsis

Performance with Grup Àuria as part of a social project of Mostra Igualada.
We are all a combination of abilities and disabilities, strengths and vulnerabilities. Starting from the myth of Frankenstein and working playfully through visual and object theatre, we explore how a collection of different fragments makes up a person. What would happen if we changed some of the pieces that form us? Would we still be ourselves? And if we create a new being by putting together our favourite parts, what would come out? Maybe, without realizing it, we’re building a monster…

Mostra Diversa is an inclusive project linked to Mostra Igualada, aimed at showcasing the artistic abilities of people with functional diversity. It seeks to create a space for expression, participation, and stage creation that breaks barriers and promotes social inclusion through theatre. It includes regular rehearsals where participants, guided by a professional team, work on creating a show that is presented during the Mostra. In 2025, the project is led by Farrés Brothers i cia.
